General

What does Nemtly Booking do?

Nemtly Booking lets you create events on your WordPress site and allow customers to browse, book, and pay for them — all without leaving your website.

Do my customers need an account to book?

No. Customers can complete a booking as a guest. You can optionally require them to register, but it’s not necessary by default.

Can I offer free events?

Yes. When creating an event, simply set the price to 0. Customers will be able to book without entering payment details.

How many events can I create?

There is no limit. You can create as many events as you need.

Can I set a maximum number of attendees?

Yes. When creating or editing an event, you’ll find an Availability field where you can set the total number of spots. Once it’s full, the booking button is automatically hidden.

Bookings

Where do I see who has booked my events?

Go to Nemtly Booking > Bookings in your WordPress admin. You’ll see a list of all bookings with the customer name, event, date, and payment status.

Can customers cancel their booking?

Customers can cancel from their booking confirmation email. You can also manually cancel a booking from Nemtly Booking > Bookings in your admin.

Will customers receive a confirmation email?

Yes. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer as soon as they complete a booking. You’ll also receive a notification email as the site owner.

Can I manually add a booking for a customer?

Yes. Go to Nemtly Booking > Bookings and click Add New. Fill in the customer details and select the event.

Payments

Which payment methods are supported?

Nemtly Booking uses Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. Depending on your country, Stripe may also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods.

When do I receive my money?

Stripe typically pays out to your bank account on a 2-day rolling basis after a payment is made. You can check your payout schedule in your Stripe Dashboard under Balance > Payouts.

Can I issue a refund?

Yes. Go to Nemtly Booking > Bookings, open the booking, and click Refund. The amount will be returned to the customer’s original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Does Nemtly Booking charge a fee?

Nemtly Booking itself does not take a cut of your payments. Stripe charges its own standard processing fee (typically 1.4% + 20p for European cards in the UK). Check stripe.com/pricing for your country’s rate.
