Candidates can apply in seconds without leaving the page, and employers receive applications — resume included — without anyone touching the WordPress admin.
Two application methods
Each job uses the application method the employer chose when posting:
- Apply on-site (email) — a quick-apply panel opens, the resume is attached, the application is stored privately, and the employer is emailed
- External website — the Apply button opens the employer’s link in a new tab, and an anonymous click-through is recorded so the employer still sees engagement
For employers
Employers view and download applications for their own jobs from the Employer Dashboard; site admins can view any application. Resumes are stored privately and never exposed as a public URL.
