Posting a Job

Employers post jobs directly from the front end — no WordPress admin access needed. The submission form captures everything needed for a complete, Google Jobs–ready listing.

Posting a job

  1. Sign in and open the Submit Job page
  2. Fill in the job details: title, description, category, type, work model (on-site, remote, or hybrid), and location
  3. Add structured details — skills, benefits, education, experience, and number of vacancies — so your listing is complete
  4. Enter the salary range, currency, and pay period
  5. Choose how candidates apply: by email or via an external application URL
  6. Click Preview to see the candidate-facing listing, then Publish

Pay transparency

Salary fields are validated (the maximum must be greater than or equal to the minimum) and feed directly into your Google Jobs structured data. Site admins can make salary required or optional under Settings > Submission.

Every employer needs a linked company profile before posting. One is created automatically at registration, so most employers can post immediately.
